Our guarantee is simple. We want you to love what you have ordered. If you are not completely satisfied with any of our products, we will be happy to either replace the item or refund your money. No hassle.

SHOP REFUNDS

If purchased through a retail store you will need to refer to the store refund policy.

 

WEB, PHONE & FAX ORDERED REFUNDS

 

For a refund please include the shipping document you received with your parcel and indicate the reason for return. Goods must be returned within 3 weeks of receipt of the goods unopened with all labels/tags attached. We will credit your original method of payment, excluding a delivery fee of $5.00 for orders under $20.00 and the delivery cost for all other orders (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered). Please note all exchanges/refunds must be notified to Dform within 3 working days of their receipt.

EXCHANGES

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged please email us at info@dform.com.au immediately so that we can arrange an exchange at your convenience. Please wrap the items very securely and use insured registered delivery, keeping the receipt in case of any damage in transit. Dform cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transport.

 

There is a $5.00 re delivery fee for all exchanges therefore if you would like to exchange either style or colour, please follow the same instructions as above indicating your requirements and include $5.00 or a request to debit your credit card.

SEASONAL AND PERSONALISED RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Orders for products that have been personalised or are for seasonal occasions may not be exchanged or returned. This policy supersedes all other return and exchange policies of Dform (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered).

DELIVERY

Please note all items are printed upon receipt of order and can take up to working 10 days before dispatched. We will contact customers of larger items with quotes for delivery before we mail out.

 

Express delivery is available on some items. Please email us on info@dform.com.au

 

 

STOCK AVAILABILITY

Sadly, we cannot guarantee to carry all the items permanently in stock, although we do try our best. If an item is out of stock, we will advise you of an anticipated delivery date.

WARNING

Our products are designed as decorative items and are not to be considered as toys. Dform design products should be used in positions that are out of the reach of children under 3 years of age due to a possible choking hazard.

Please dispose of the packaging thoughtfully, where bags are used, do not give to children as it may be dangerous.
